APP CÁDIZ OFICIAL /2022

ROLE

User Experience Designer and Visual Designer

OVERVIEW

Integral creation of the user experience and visual identity of the new app with decentralised credentials in Blockchain for Cadiz Football club user access

DESCRIPTION

The Club has different user identification systems, which entails cybersecurity risks for passwords and complicates the management of user access and identity. We propose to create a decentralised digital identification system that materialises in a mobile app for the club's users

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

The client wants an application that offers all the necessary functionalities for club members. Having as a central axis the digital membership card that allows the club's users to access the stadium from the app. The information architecture and flow has been organised taking into account the different categories of users that the club has, members, subscribers, supporters, members-donors, etc.

VISUAL DESIGN AND COPYS

The design of the application aims to reflect the image of Cadiz C.F. as a fresh and modern national team both visually and through the texts and messages that the user reads

USER EXPERIENCE

I have developed different types of content for the brand: user guide, product sheets, case studies, presentations, videos, and follow-up emails for users among others.

PRODUCT DESIGN

For the product design I worked with different tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, XMind

BENEFITS

Easy, password-free access from the APP to the club's digital services and physical access to the stadium (presentation of credentials at the turnstiles)

Increased sponsorship opportunities

Decentralised authentication

RESULTS

Cadiz C.F. with its app project is the first football club in Europe to use blockchain technology to access the stadium. Cadiz C.F. has won the Computing 2022 Award thanks to this project with Definitive ID® technology.
